Orders and quotations

Prices depend on product, quantity, material, finish, delivery location and approved artwork. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Production begins after required payment and artwork approval.

Customer artwork

You confirm that you own or have permission to print every logo, photograph, name, trademark and design submitted. Foxgent may reject unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing material. Screen colours may vary from printed colours, materials and finishes.

Proof and production approval

The customer is responsible for checking spelling, contact details, QR links, size, orientation, bleed and safe-area placement before approval. Changes requested after production begins may require a new order or additional charge.

Payments

Orders may support Razorpay, UPI, verified wallet credit or eligible cash on delivery. A payment is treated as confirmed only after provider or Foxgent verification. Never share a card PIN, OTP or UPI PIN with Foxgent staff.

QR identity service

QR identity administrators are responsible for lawful data collection, user consent and profile accuracy. Foxgent may disable profiles used for impersonation, fraud, unlawful content or security abuse. Availability may be interrupted for maintenance or events outside reasonable control.

Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates begin after artwork and payment approval. Courier delays, inaccessible addresses and force-majeure events may affect the estimate. Customers should inspect the parcel promptly and retain packaging when reporting damage.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Foxgent's responsibility for an accepted product claim is limited to an appropriate reprint, replacement, refund or service correction. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
