Effective 16 August 2026. This policy explains how Foxgent Technology LLP handles information submitted through foxgent.in.
Information we collect
We collect contact, billing, delivery and GST details; order specifications; uploaded artwork; account details; support messages; and payment status. QR identity services may also contain profile photographs, identity details, emergency contacts, social links and other information selected by the customer or authorised administrator.
How information is used
Information is used to prepare quotations, manufacture and deliver products, operate QR identity profiles, verify payments, provide invoices and support, prevent misuse and improve service reliability.
Payments and service providers
Payments may be processed by Razorpay or a UPI application. Foxgent does not request or store card PINs, UPI PINs or complete card credentials. Delivery, hosting, messaging and payment providers receive only the information required to perform their service.
QR identity profiles
A permanent QR contains a secure profile URL, not the full identity record. Administrators can activate, disable, update or delete profiles. Public profile visibility depends on the fields approved for display. Parents, schools and organisations must have authority and consent before submitting information about a minor or another person.
Storage and security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used for accounts, uploads and stored records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Customers should use strong account protection and report suspected misuse promptly.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deactivation or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting enquiry@foxgent.com. Some order, tax, fraud-prevention or legal records may need to be retained for the applicable period.
Cookies and local storage
The website may use essential browser storage for carts, saved designs, language, themes and signed-in sessions. These features support the service and are not sold as advertising profiles.
